An idea was brought up to help with the cost of lodging at the conference.
In an effort to make things cheaper for either you or your employer, would anyone be interested in signing up to room with other assistants who would be attending the conference?
This way the cost is split and perhaps you are more likely to attend.

I think that is a great opportunity for techs to go to the conference, especially if money is tight. You should probably find out who are staying for just the surgical assistants program or for the whole conference.
